Honey-Lime Chicken Sandwiches

1 lime
2 Tbsp Honey
Cumin (1 rounded tsp)
Cilantro (1 1/2 Tbsp)
EVOO (2 Tbsp)
Salt and Pepper (1 tsp)
Chicken Breast
Crusty Rolls
Red Onion
Salsa Verde
Tortilla Chips

Combine first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Coat chicken with marinade and set aside for 10 minutes.
Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side. Slice chicken. Pile on rolls with Tomato-Salsa Verde for toppings. Serve with corn chips.
