 Spinach Salad
with Layered Greek Dip using hummus & Spiced Pita Chips.

2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. garbanzo beans (I cook mine in the crockpot.)
2/3 c. water
4 T lemon juice
2 T tahini
1 t. salt

Mix in blender until creamy.
